Our Policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a
refund or exchange. Please note that if you have used the trading platform within 14 days, such as opening trades, we cannot offer you a full refund or
exchange. In this case, you should contact your trading platform provider and you will be
refunded according to the available balance in your account. To complete the refund process, you must provide a receipt or some other proof of purchase.
